Rima Joseph is a qualified Clinical Psychologist with an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS), Kochi. She completed her Bachelors and Masters in Psychology from PSG College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore. Registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), she brings over five years of clinical and administrative experience to her practice.

Rima is a consultant for multiple institutions, including hospitals in Thrissur and Malappuram, the Indian Institute of Management, and ALDI Clinic. She also serves as a state resource person for the Social Policing Division of Kerala, mentors psychology interns, and actively engages in research.

Her clinical expertise lies in working with young adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and maladaptive personality traits. She is trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Psychotherapy, promoting recovery through a compassionate and evidence-based approach.
